Join Keaton's Child Cancer Alliance for a morning filled with connection, purpose, and hope at Keaton’s Inaugural Childhood Cancer 5K Walk Presented by Delta Dental Insurance. 

Together, we’ll walk in honor, in remembrance, and in support of children and families facing childhood cancer. 

Saturday, September 12, 2026 William Land Park, Sacramento, CA Check-In Opens at 8:30 am, Walk begins at 9:00 am 

This is going to be an unforgettable morning full of family fun and special appearances from: Bluey & Bingo, Pikachu, Buzz Lightyear, Star Wars Characters, Disney Princesses, Chic-fil-A Cow and more!

This walk is more than an event, it’s a movement of unity, love, and unwavering support. Together, we lift up every child, every sibling, and every caregiver. Together, we remind families that they are seen, supported, and never alone. Together We Fight. Together We Overcome. Together We Heal.
