As Roseville's only Award Winning Craft Brewery, we are inspired to give the things we make (beer, food, & cocktails) the same devotion as the Monk's would. Using many local and organic ingredients, while making most of our items from scratch. All served in a comfortable setting for the community to nourish their body, mind, & spirit. We can host any party from 1 to 150 people. Join us at The Monk's Cellar as we strive to continue the resurgence and revitalization of Vernon Street. 

A neighborhood tavern specializing in craft beer and upscale pub fare. Our world-renowned Beer List offers a highly-sought selection of Draft and Bottles, including special vintage bottles from our cellar. Our Food Menu is available until close each night, providing something for everyone no matter the size of the meal or the time of day.
